Required Process:

Automatic assembly of different flooring wood-tiles that are tightened to a tile-frame using a plastic mat.

This machine is capable to assemble five (5) wood types with different hardening According to the tile variant, an operator selects on the PLC one of the 40 programs available, each with 250 positions for testing, tightening and marking.

The machine incorporates four DEPRAG Screwdriver Function Modules SFM-N which are perfect for the assembly from above due to their slender construction.

The automatic feeding of the screws is handled by a DEPRAG Vibratory Feeder with screw-refilling by a DEPRAG belt-driven hopper B10. The assembled panels are auto-unloaded by the roller-conveyor.
