Required Process:
Simultaneous, automatic and inverted tightening of 4 screws into a motor- and pump housing with a total cycle time of 6 seconds.
72 part varieties are possible for processing by this machine.
The system incorporates DEPRAG SFM-N (Screwdriver Function Module) – Inverted EC-SERVO-Spindles Model 310E36-018-S2
The automatic feeding of the screws is handled by a DEPRAG Vibratory Feeder.
