Dr. Erik Hallmann is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of DEPRAG SCHULZ GmbH & Co. and President of DEPRAG INC., USA. Through the year 2000, he was Chief Executive Officer of corporate finance firm IPOSCOPE in Brussels. He was a founding manager of the pan-European stock market EASDAQ (European Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotation) where he assumed the position of Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing at the company's Brussels and London headquarters from 1996 to 1999. Dr. Erik Hallmann was a Director with British investment bank NatWest Markets from 1994 to 1996. From 1992 to 1994, he worked for BHF-Bank, a major German merchant bank. His responsibilities encompassed all activities in international capital markets, including IPO's. He started his career in 1985 at the Bayerische Vereinsbank Group (now Hypo- und Vereinsbank) where he was promoted to Vice President in 1990. Erik Hallmann, who is fluently multilingual, holds a Doctorate in Economics from the University of Passau.

Rolf Pfeiffer, who holds a Doctorate in Engineering, is Chief Operating Officer (COO) and shareholder of DEPRAG SCHULZ & Co. The main emphasis of his activities are on the technical area of the corporation. Since the beginning of 1990, Dr. Pfeiffer held different positions within the company, before assuming the position of managing director in 1995. His previous positions included operations manager and technical director. Subsequent to his studies of mechanical engineering at the technical University in Munich, Dr. Pfeiffer's professional career began at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg in 1985, as a scientific associate for the chair of production automation and systems. He was entrusted with the close collaboration of different businesses, such as automotive suppliers and companies in the electronics industry. He was promoted to head of department in the area of operations and production technologies in 1989. Rolf Pfeiffer earned his doctorate in engineering in 1990 with the submitted dissertation »technology oriented production planning based on case study in the area of screwdriving technology«. |

Ingrid Schulz-Hallmann is the majority shareholder of DEPRAG SCHULZ GmbH & Co. and she has been linked to the company's activities throughout her life. She worked as a Commercial Paper specialist with key institutional client accounts at Commerzbank headquarters in Frankfurt a.M. from 1993 to 1996. Ingrid Schulz-Hallmann holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Regensburg and she is fluent in three languages.
