Position Control Stand (PKS)

The PKS serves as positioning control of tools on manual work areas.
If there are various screw assembly positions to work on, then the PKS and associated controller can set and monitor the order of the positions.
The controller checks and controls the complete operation of the manual assembly by controlling a multiple of inputs and outputs depending on the specification. This includes functions such as:
- Tightening and locking work pieces
- Supplying connecting parts
- Activating measuring functions.
The whole procedure of manual assembly, including calculated measuring data can be stored or transmitted by a TCP/IP Module.
After switching on the system, the PKS can start from any position; it does not have to be moved over a reference point.
Individual working positions can be set or changed without correcting other further positions of this work sequence.
