Screw Presenters
For the automatic presentation of screws to allow
pickup with handheld or stationary Screwdriver.

The 
screw-presenter is especially well suited for an application, where an automatic screwfeeder is not feasible because of the low number of screws to be processed. Even screws with unfavorable measurements, which cannot be processed through a feedhose, can be presented with the screw-presenters. From this reason, the screw-presenter is an ideal supplement to the extensive and qualitative feeder program. Easily exchangleable parts, such as guide-rail and separator, allow the processing of screws with different measurements in the same screw-presenter. Further characteristics of the presenter is the gentle and quiet feeding principle. Because of an integrated controller, the presenter can be operated completely self-sufficient, which in turn guarantees a safe operationg sequence.
For handheld Screwdrivers:
Because of their compact size, it is possible to limit the space requirement by installing several screw-presenters on a small work-area. A particular feed-rail allows a definite and swift pick-up of presented screws with either a magnetic bit or by vacuum.
For stationary Screwdrivers:
The screw-presenter is specifically used in an application, where the feeding of a screw is not possible through a feedhose. In connection with a DCAM axis module, the presenter is an extremly reliable and low-cost solutuion for pick & place applications. A screw separator isolates the screws and moves them into a pickup position. A signal-output allows the supervision of the pick position through a principal controller.
