Screwfeeders with handheld Screwdrivers simplifies the assembly method, because:

Another reason for the long life span of our feeders is the wear resistant electronic control and the integrated feed-advancement system.
Auto Stroke Screwdriver for Screwfeeders: ERGOMAT™-Z
When using Screwfeeders with hand-Schrewdrivers, it is necessary for the bit to retract, so that a new screw can fall into the feed-channel. With the ERGOMAT-Z driver, this stroke is performed automatically within the driver. Two components, clutch bearing and mouthpiece guide, are already integrated with the screwdriver housing. The stroke of the driver is being activated by the control of the Screwfeeders immediately after the screw is fed. The driver with the bit is positioned immediately above the screw head. At start of driver, the screw cannot be pushed back into the mouthpiece. Because of the integrated stroke, the hand guides the driver much closer to the screw hole. Both options simplify the positioning process and decrease handling.
Additionally the ERGOMAT-Z motor size 2.4 offers a secondary automatic stroke feature. When compared to a driver with a mounted mouthpiece guide, where the vertical stroke must be executed manually, the bit of the ERGOMAT-Z driver moves independently out of the mouthpiece, once the driver has started. This feature acomplishes advantage that the nose piece no longer comes in contact with the part which prevents a scratching or scuffing of surfaces. The driver can be held directly above the moutpiece.
Additionally the ERGOMAT-Z has all the known advantages of the MINIMAT screwdriver series.
