Scalers and Industrial Vibrators

The scalers are equipped with an automatically controlled piston, which lends the operation of these scalers to be extremly robust. There is only one moving part: the piston.
Application: for de-rusting; to de-scale burrs on fogings and to remove scale-formations or paint.
The hand-operated scaler AK1 with serrated cylinder-reinforcement and a toothed piston impact-surface is well suited for a large area operation.
On stationary scalers, the piston is equipped with a cylindrical recess, which is intended for the insertion of a carbide insert (to be completed by customer).

The industrial vibrator has only one moveable part, the piston, which simultaneously controls air-inlet and -outlet (auto-control piston). These vibrators are of simple and robust construction and allow an absolute safe operation.
Application: to shake molding-boxes, to cendense sand, concrete, etc., and as an external vibrator on container-housings, receptacles, slides, drain-fixes and tilting-wagons.
