Vorwerk produces the 2-millionth Thermomix® TM7
When precision becomes part of a success story: DEPRAG technology in Thermomix® production
Vorwerk has reached a special milestone: At the French Thermomix® production facility in Donnemain-Saint-Mamès, the 2-millionth Thermomix® from the integrated Franco-German production network was manufactured. To mark this occasion, French President Emmanuel Macron visited the production site and was personally presented with the anniversary appliance.
We at DEPRAG are especially pleased about this moment. For many years, DEPRAG systems have contributed to safe and efficient assembly processes in modern Thermomix® production.
In addition to a DCAM, modern manual workstations use, among other systems, eacy step feed as feeding systems and several E-SFM screwdriving systems with vacuum pick-up. These systems support reliable screw feeding, secure screw pick-up, and controlled screwdriving in series production.
In industrial assembly processes, every detail matters: The screw must be provided reliably, picked up precisely, and processed with process reliability. This is exactly where feeding technology, screwdriving technology, and process monitoring come together to create a stable overall solution.
