Tightening of contact blocks to circuit boards

Required Process:

The tightening of contact blocks to different types of circuit boards. The loading of the screwdriving system is done manually. To minimize the cycle time, loading is done over a classic rotary table and two – opposite from each other – part fixtures.

Operator and machine work parallel to each other.

This application is for a vertical assembly, however the screw-tightening is done from below (underfloor).
