The EC servo cordless screwdriver sets new standards in screwdriving technology. Thanks to direct, sensor-supported measurement of torque and angle of rotation, it achieves the highest level of measurement accuracy required for demanding screwdriving applications in industrial manufacturing. This enables reliable, repeatable assembly—even under series production conditions.

Integrated true angle detection with gyro-sensor rotation angle compensation ensures that every tightening process is controlled—regardless of location, position, or user.

Operation is via a large color display. Screwdriving programs can be parameterized directly via the browser-based user interface on the device—quickly, intuitively, and without any additional software. Up to 99 individual screwdriving programs can be created, saved, and managed.

With modern WiFi 6 technology, open interfaces such as Open Protocol or XML, and wireless OTA (over-the-air) updates, the screwdriver can be fully integrated into digital production environments. Updates and data exchange are wireless, fast, and fail-safe.
